Pictured is a Stahl, Heavy-duty stake body, 9’ 6” long x 96” wide, with a wood floor. Stake bodies come in lengths ranging from 8’ 6” up to 24’ 6” in one-foot increments. Each stake body has built in, 2” x 4” stake pockets all around. Heavy-duty and Commercial platforms in lengths from 8’ 6” to 12’ 6” are built on 6” x 8.25# structural channel longsills. 14 foot and longer platforms rest on 7” x 9.75# structural channel longsills. These structural longsills allow for addition of a hoist for dumping. Crossmembers are on 18” centers for Heavy-duty platforms and 12” centers for Commercial platforms.
Lancaster Truck Bodies can add a variety of options to accommodate towing a trailer including Pintle hooks, Pintle/Combo hooks, Receiver tubes, trailer receptacles and electric brake controllers.
